Online Coaching

I will help you learn how to stretch correctly and make progress towards your flexibility goals.

Everybody and every body is different. There isn’t one program that fits everybody. After a thorough assessment of where you’re at and your mobility goals, you will get a program specific to your needs and step-by-step training program to help you reach your goal.

I can help you with:

  • Increasing your range of motion in a targeted area (legs, hips, shoulders etc.)
  • Front splits and improving general flexibility
  • Implementation and consistency
  • Skills to move forward with

How Does it Work?

  1. The first meeting will be a Skype call to assess what your goals are and your current situation.
  2. In the second meeting, we will go over a series of stretches to access your current abilities and create a personalized plan.
  3. You receive a program in written form and videos that will guide you through your routine. As you make progress, your program and videos will adapt to your ongoing changes.
  4. I will request for feedback every week to help you stay on track. If you have questions, I’ll be there to answer them at any time. The more feedback I get from you, the more we can adjust and make improvements to your program. Further Skype calls can be scheduled when needed.
  5. The minimum commitment for an online coaching program is 3 months. Seeing results in your flexibility takes time, in this time you will see visible changes.

The is a limited number of spots available for coaching to ensure a good quality. The cost for 4 weeks is $200.
