I will help you learn how to stretch correctly and make progress towards your flexibility goals.
Everybody and every body is different. There isn’t one program that fits everybody. After a thorough assessment of where you’re at and your mobility goals, you will get a program specific to your needs and step-by-step training program to help you reach your goal.
I can help you with:
- Increasing your range of motion in a targeted area (legs, hips, shoulders etc.)
- Front splits and improving general flexibility
- Implementation and consistency
- Skills to move forward with
How Does it Work?
- The first meeting will be a Skype call to assess what your goals are and your current situation.
- In the second meeting, we will go over a series of stretches to access your current abilities and create a personalized plan.
- You receive a program in written form and videos that will guide you through your routine. As you make progress, your program and videos will adapt to your ongoing changes.
- I will request for feedback every week to help you stay on track. If you have questions, I’ll be there to answer them at any time. The more feedback I get from you, the more we can adjust and make improvements to your program. Further Skype calls can be scheduled when needed.
- The minimum commitment for an online coaching program is 3 months. Seeing results in your flexibility takes time, in this time you will see visible changes.
The is a limited number of spots available for coaching to ensure a good quality. The cost for 4 weeks is $200.
