Hi there! WELCOME to Journey to Mobility – a blog I started back in September 2019. This will be a bit of a different post but I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be launching a New YouTube Channel where I post FOLLOW ALONG Stretch Routines for Beginners (& Inflexible people) working to improve their flexibility or in need of stretches to relieve pain and muscle stiffness.
This blog has been such a dream to create, but I realized that if my goal is to HELP people stretch more and move a bit better, I’d need to head in the direction of creating videos. There were a few things that needed to align to get me started and let me say that this was on my mind for many months… haha but once I started, I couldn’t get myself to stop! The last 3.5 weeks I’ve been working behind the scenes until 2-4am every night (yes, every night) learning how to create videos with the equipment I had and figuring things out day by day.
The launch date is AUGUST 7, 2020 (Update: my Youtube channel has launched, go check it out!). I’m so excited to finally be sharing content that I think would help more people get into stretching. I find that the problem is.. we just often don’t know what stretches to do. I’m honestly very proud of myself for starting and I’m committing myself from the beginning to post videos EVERY FRIDAY on this channel.

I started pole dancing this year and I am struggling with my mobility ,specially when it comes to backbend (I find it too hard haha).
